Sent my two cats, Willow and Milo, to Catzilla Cat Hotel & Grooming for grooming and teddy cut, and honestly very happy with the service. The staff handled my cats very gently and professionally. Both of them came back looking super neat, fluffy and fresh. The teddy cut was done very nicely, really suits them. The shop environment also looks clean and comfortable for the cats, which makes me feel more confident leaving them there. Big thanks to the staff Shafie as well for running the place so well. You can really tell they care about the cats and the quality of their service. Overall very satisfied with the grooming service. Definitely recommended for cat owners who want good grooming and proper care for their fur babies. Will surely send Willow and Milo here again next time. 👍🐱✨

Catzville Cat Hotel And Grooming, where do I start? I’ve been consistently sending my cats to this cat hotel usually for a groom and sometimes a place for them to stay when i’m away. I couldn’t ask for more, they deserve more than 5 stars. Today 4th of March, I picked up my babies from this place and they’ve never been better. I am writing this review to personally hope that all of you to not be concern regarding 1 bad review that they recently had and I truly believe It was not their doing. They have been nothing but professional all my life since I moved to Kota Damansara. A happy regular customer here, they strive to contribute the best only to the cat community. Shoutout to the staffs for working hard with a smile on their faces even during Ramadhan.

Brought my cat here for their flea treatment grooming. First time using Catzville’s service and was impressed with their prompt replies, reassurance that they can handle stray cats and awesome grooming service. They even provided video of the grooming session which i think is really helpful for anxious cat parents, like myself 😅 Will definitely send our other cat here next time. Pic is my baby, Mari after his session. He smells so good and his dirty ears are cleaned well. I highly recommend.

Sent my good boy Scotty for boarding here. Came back more healthy and the fur so nice. Thank you Catsville CAT Hotel for taking care of my good boy Scotty. I actually talked to my good boy Scotty when he got home and I asked him how was his vacation at Catsville CAT Hotel and he told me that it's one of the best CAT Hotel he has ever been to (psst.. he's only been to 2 CAT Hotel in his life).
