Today was my first time bringing my cat, Mr Goldie, for grooming, and I’m so glad I found this wonderful cat grooming centre! 🐱❤️ From the moment we arrived until the moment we picked him up, I was very satisfied with the service, care, and professionalism shown by Mr Hans and his team. Everyone was so patient and gentle with Goldie, which really made me feel comfortable leaving him in their care. A special thank you to Mr Hans and the entire team for pampering my Mr Goldie and giving him such a fresh and handsome new look! 🥰 When I received him, he looked and smelled absolutely amazing ,such a pleasant and adorable result! Goldie was a little grumpy and angry during the grooming session 😂, but Mr Hans and the team handled him very professionally. They were extremely patient, careful, and knew exactly how to manage him without causing unnecessary stress. I truly appreciate the effort and love they put into taking care of my fur baby. ❤️ As a first-time customer, I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy place to groom their cats. They also provide cat boarding services, which is an added bonus for cat parents looking for a reliable place to leave their fur babies. Thank you again, Mr Hans and team, for taking such good care of my Goldie! 👏 Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been here twice for my kitten (Bean) with ringworm—they can treat skin conditions with medicated baths! Bean needs 3-step with medication and there are other packages available based on each cat's needs. I get 'before & after' updates of Bean during showers; I love it 😂 Farah & the staff are kind & friendly to both owner & pets, which is refreshing! Cashless QR or card is accepted here. Parking can be tough depending what time you go, but drop off is quick as long as you book appointments in advance. Booking & communication is easy over WhatsApp and they are very responsive. Store is clean and Bean always comes home fluffy, fresh & acts the same, meaning no trauma/no bad reaction from getting showered here—which is very important. I've had my cats come home very traumatised from grooming sessions elsewhere before. Glad to find a store to trust for Bean's delicate shower needs. We'll be coming back again! Definitely recommend their services 😊 There's also boarding & cat hotel but haven't tried, maybe one day!

I’m really impressed with the grooming service here! My cat can be quite difficult and uncooperative during grooming, and previously, other groomers were unable to groom her successfully. I was honestly quite worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a groomer who could handle her. But the team here did an amazing job! They were patient, gentle, and knew how to handle my cat properly. Despite how challenging she can be, they managed to groom her really well, and I’m so happy with the result. It’s such a relief to finally find a groomer who can work with my cat. Thank you so much for your patience and great work! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to other cat owners, especially those with difficult or fussy cats. 🐱❤️

I'm very satisfied with the service here. I sent my cat for grooming and boarding for a few days, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and caring. My cat came home clean, healthy, and still happy. This will definitely be my first choice again in the future. Highly recommended!
