Brought my cat's here for the first time and I’m super happy with the service! The staff were really friendly and gentle with my fur baby especially ELLA 🤣 They also share tiktok live during shower. During payment, I got bitten by the owner’s red doll, don’t be fooled by its cuteness! Haha, first experience ever. I don’t know why he was so angry with me! naughty boy! Best part? They even gave us a free gift after the grooming. They just slept the whole way back from Kota Damansara to Bangsar. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend for pet lovers 🐱✨

10000/10 service. Literally the best cat groomer ever. They took note of everything. All other groomers kinda rejected my cat as he got grease all over (due to his playfulness), however, they were the only one who were kind enough to accept my cat although they can’t really accept a new cat. Forever grateful to them🔥

I’m very satisfied with the grooming service by Catzville. They carefully explained each steps from the registration up till the end of the process includes the photo updates before and after grooming. Even suggested few products to give more TLC to our cats.

Sent Ayek for boarding during cuti raya from 30/3 to 3/4. Terjumpa Catzville last minute and terus buat booking since our usual cat hotel is fully booked. This cat hotel and grooming is really good with excellent service. They took very good care of our cat with daily updates and our cat was really happy. Not to mention they do exceptional grooming and she looks fantastic after the grooming. Highly recommended.
